The pictures posted in our listings are actual pictures of the items for sale and we always try to describe our items as best as possible. If the picture shows that an item is missing a red nob on the handle, then don’t expect the item to arrive with the red handle on the knob.<br>Our owner has run a successful Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repair business for over 25 years, and tests each item to be sure it works as it should.  That is not to say that he goes through the whole wiring diagram and checks every single connection. Products listed as "Tested & Working" or in working condition are exactly that.
